First Responders Ministry exists to serve and support first responders and those who serve them throughout Arizona.

We recognize that the calling of firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMTs, paramedics, and chaplains is unlike most others. Day after day, they step into unpredictable and often dangerous situations, placing their lives on the line to protect and care for our communities. Their sacrifice, courage, and commitment is honorable.

As a ministry, our mission is rooted in Scripture. We seek to honor these men and women as God calls us to honor those in positions of authority (Romans 13:1–7). We are devoted to lifting them up in prayer, following the instruction of 1 Timothy 2:1–4, and trusting God to strengthen, protect, and guide them in their daily service.

Our support goes beyond words. First Responders Ministry is committed to providing tangible acts of service that remind first responders that they are valued. Whether through organized events, personal outreach, or community partnerships, we strive to meet both practical and spiritual needs.

The ministry was founded by Pastor Jose Gonzalez, whose deep love, respect, and appreciation for local first responders inspired him to take action. What began as a simple yet heartfelt initiative—an annual prayer breakfast for firefighters and law enforcement officers—has grown into a powerful and anticipated event each year. This gathering is a meaningful expression of gratitude, unity, and encouragement from the community.

As the ministry continues to grow, so does our vision: to build lasting relationships with first responders across Arizona, to stand beside them in both the challenges and victories of their work, and to be a consistent source of hope, prayer, and support.

We are honored to serve those who serve others.
